classified ad rates

There are only two rates for full color photo classified ads:

• $25 per week
• $80 per month

Both are prepaid online. There are no hidden charges or “upgrades.”

Listings are for specifically designated periods of time and for specific editions.
They DO NOT renew automatically. If you wish to advertise your listing again, you must re-enter all of your information. REAL ESTATE HOT SHEETS does not retain weekly images and copy. Advertiser is responsible for uploading images and creating the copy for each listing.

Detailed here are rates for each ad unit for a specific edition -- Collier County REAL ESTATE HOT SHEETS or Lee County REAL ESTATE HOT SHEETS. Advertisers seeking
to advertise in both editions should contact sales@realestatehotsheets.com for details
on an earned discount.

positions and covers

Additional services are available for each printed publication.

• Add $500 for Back Page placement (First Cover)
• Add $400 for Inside Front Page placement (Second Cover)

All are subject to availability and must be confirmed by publisher. All other positions
are not guaranteed; failure to meet position requests will not constitute cause
for adjustment refund or rerun. Send your request to publisher@realestatehotsheets.com.

display materials

Display ads must be submitted in PDF files and designed in any Adobe program: PageMaker, InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator; tiffs and jpegs are also accepted. Resolution should be a minimum of 200 DPI; we are not responsible for the quality of images that are less than this standard. Real Estate Hot Sheets is printed on 35# white stock.

online prepayment

We are able to offer great value because our process is automated, including secured payment processing by Verisign/Pay Pal. We accept VISA, MC and AMEX. One time insertions for display ads are prepaid online; for display contracts, we require a downpayment, and we will bill you monthly. Invoices are due upon receipt.

We are able to offer less restrictive deadlines because our process is automated. Deadlines are

• For classified Ads: Each Sunday at Midnight
• For Display Ads: Insertion commitment, each Wednesday by 7 p.m.
  Materials due by 7 p.m. each Friday

distribution

REAL ESTATE HOT SHEETS is distributed at hundreds of locations at various major aggregation areas. See Distribution for a comprehensive list of locations by county.

design services

REAL ESTATE HOT SHEETS can design your display ad for you beginning at $125 per hour. Additional charges may be incurred for photography, special fonts or other design elements.

errors and ommissions

REAL ESTATE HOT SHEETS is NOT responsible for any error or omission from classified ads placed online or display ads submitted by PDF, as no content is altered whatsoever. Under no circumstances will the publication be under any liability for any reason for failure to insert an ad. Publisher has the right to refuse or reject any ad for any reason.
