many ways to enhance their brand with full color display ads. Please note, there is
no additional fee for color. Standard ad sizes include:

• Full-Page, 10 inches by 16 inches, vertical
• Two-Thirds Page, 8 inches by 13.25 inches, vertical. Provides the impact
  of a full-page ad without incurring the full-page rate. (BEST VALUE)
• Half-Page, 8 inches by 10 inches, vertical or horizontal
• Quarter-Page, 5 inches by 8 inches, vertical

All ads must be submitted via PDF using widely accepted formats. See mechanicals
for additional formatting information.

At 8 inches by 2.625 inches, banners ads offer an excellent way to promote your business
or yourself and there are approximately 10 banners available for each edition.
Banner ads are $375 each and must be prepaid online. Online banners are coming soon.

... featured listings

For each edition, REAL ESTATE HOT SHEETS selects as many as 20 properties to showcase. Typically, the showcase property has exceptional value or a compelling motivation to sell. A featured listing includes up to 4 photographs and extended copy. Seller submits images and copy and we format to size (approximately 3.90 inches by 5.25 inches). Featured listings are $250 each and must be prepaid online. If you would like your property to be considered for a featured listing, please send an email with your request to sales@realestatehotsheets.com.

At approximately 1.92 inches by 8 inches, the tip of the week is your opportunity to illustrate
your expertise regarding the local market. Tips are text only and must be prepaid online. After paying for your placement, email your tip directly to publisher@realestatehotsheets.com and we will send you back a formatted ad for your approval Please note, we reserve the right to edit for grammar, spelling or typos.

insertions. We offer discounts for monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annual

Need help designing a display ad? No problem. Our ADDY Award winning staff will be happy to assist you. Our fees are $125 per hour, and may include other fees for art or images. We work one-on-one with you until you approve the design.

... photography services
