Here’s how
the process works:
- choose to advertise the listing for a week (at $25), or
- save 20% by advertising the listing for a month (at $80)
- provide general details about the property
- provide open house details (if applicable)
- design a clever headline
- include the price (separately)
- include 184 characters of copy (briefly showcase the property)
- upload your JPEG image (our software automatically sizes
your photo to fit the 1.85 inches by 1.25 inches rectangle)
- approve your ad (or edit as you see fit)
- pay (all ads are prepaid, secured through Verisign and PayPal)
That’s it. It’s that easy.

sells half way through the month?

and we will make our best efforts to remove the ad
from the weekly publication. Due to our automated
process, we will not be able to issue a refund for
the unused portion of the monthly fee. If you have another listing or item you would like to substitute for the item that was sold, please call us at (239) 992-9642.
Q: I want to advertise for another month even though my item did not sell. Please repeat the process above.
A: Due to our very inexpensive medium, we are unable
to offer an unlimited run for any item. However,
we would love you back. We recommend you vary
