REHS recognizes your financial contribution to the real estate industry. As a result, we have designed an advertising program especially for you.

If you are associated with one of our pre-qualified Realty Firms, Developers or Builders, you will be eligible to receive additional discounts. Rather than paying full rack rate, you will receive the following 30% savings:

• Unit Ad Size at the Annual Contract Rate, e.g., for a full page, $1,300 each, normally $1,700 each
• An additional 10% off the Published Rate, e.g., $1,170 each for a full page

If you are the marketing or media director for a major local realty firm (listed below), and would like to
participate in this program, please email sales@realestatehotsheets.com or call (239) 992-9642.

how it works

Each qualified firm is issued a promotional code that will be used when completing an insertion order for advertising space. You can either obtain the code from your authorized marketing or media director, or you can email us at sales@realestatehotsheets.com for the code.

Once you have the code, follow these steps (see example to the right):

• send an email to publisher@realestatehotsheets.com
• type the following in the subject line:
  • the promotional code, for example, CENT, for Century 21 (all franchises)
  • the county edition, for example, Collier County or Lee County
  • the date of the placement, for example, Monday, August 27 (it will always be a Monday
  • the size of the ad, for example, Half Page, vertical (see mechanicals for details)
• attach your ad. We accept PDFs, JPEGs and TIFFs, and PDFs are preferred)
• include your telephone contact information

Once we receive your request and review the attaced art file, we will contact you by phone with the cost of the ad. You will be able to pay using VISA, MC or AMEX. After our conversation, we will email you a receipt for your records.

Most major realty firms, developers or builders either have an inhouse designer or have retained the services of a design firm. If however, your firm does not have either of those and you still need help designing an ad, please contact publisher@realestatehotsheets.com.
